am basically starting this blog to share with you all my experiences while trying to lose weight after i delivered my son three years ago. I had a difficult preganancy to start with but later stage of it i added on 27 kilos of weight and it became a nightmare trying to lose it. But with much effort and help i can now fit into all my old jeans and clothes. But as always I have story to share..
